Premium Package

WEDDING DESIGN

You have found the perfect venue and may have a few ideas of how you would like your wedding day to look and feel but have no idea where to start.  I will be your personal event stylist from the beginning to the end!  We will tour your venue to discuss your vision and create a complete design plan to bring it all to life. You will have access to my entire inventory where you will “shop” for the items you would like incorporated into the design, without limit! 

 

The best part, on event day, all set up will be carefully managed by our team, ensuring that each detail shines just as you imagined. Following your celebration, each piece will be packed away, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your day.

Investment is mainly based on guest count:

Up to 50 Guests:      $2,800

Up to 100 Guests:    $3,050

Up to 200 Guests:    $3,850

Up to 300 Guests:    $4,500

Up to 400 Guests:    $5,500

Over 400 Guests:     Beginning at $6,800

What is included:
  • Complimentary initial consultation, plus up to three in person meetings.

  • Preferred vendor list from our hand-picked vendors that we love to work with. (Client is responsible for booking, signing contracts, and making payments to selected vendors).

  • Site visit (or two) to your ceremony and reception locations.

  • Unlimited emails and phone calls within regular business hours.

  • Create a detailed design plan which would include unlimited decor from our extensive collection.  You will “shop” our Prop Barn and choose the items you would love to incorporate.

  • Schedule and attend your final venue walk through.

  • Create your custom floor plan.

  • Create the rental list for tables, chairs, linens and any other additional items needed.  (Client is responsible for signing contracts and making payments).

  • Setup, styling and breakdown of decor items, including personal items, on the day of the event.

 

 

Additional Fees: 
  • Under 6 hours setup time before the ceremony starts: $250 per hour less than 6 hours to allow for additional staff.

  • Extensive setup if more staff is required, to be determined by R&R.

  • Venue restrictions that require difficult load in and/or load out procedures, to be determined by R&R.

  • Travel fee if over 30 miles from our location.

  • Other fees may apply, please inquire for accurate proposal.
