With our Premium Styling Package, we are taking care of the design details, ensuring the plan is executed flawlessly. There is still so much more that goes into making sure everything runs smoothly on your wedding day and that’s where a coordinator is an absolute must! Since we require our clients to secure a professional coordinator as part of their vendor team, we thought what better way than to have a member of our team by your side.
We are offering this package as an add-on to our Premium Styling Package.

Investment is an add-on to the Premium Styling Package, with a beginning cost of $1,800.
What is included:

Meeting with your designated coordinator from our team as soon after booking as you like. You don’t have to wait until the month of!

Production of a detailed wedding day itinerary.

Confirm all details with your vendors, as well as sharing the timeline with your vendors.

Your designated coordinator from our team to attend and coordinate the rehearsal, up to 1.5 hours.

10 – 12 hours of coordination by your designated coordinator from our team on wedding day.

Receiving all day-of deliveries from vendors.

Manage vendors on site to ensure all commitments are fulfilled.

Distribute bouquets, boutonnieres, and pin flowers on attendants.

Line up and cue wedding party.

Collect all personal items, gifts, etc. and give to designated person.

Assist band/DJ in cuing important events during ceremony and reception.

Ensure all clean up procedures are followed by all vendors.
